By using Sigture you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Your content

You own the signatures, images and brand assets you upload. You grant us the limited right to store and process them to provide the service (for example, to render and host your signatures).

Acceptable use

Don't use Sigture to send spam, impersonate others, or distribute malware. Signatures you publish to the marketplace must not contain others' trademarks without permission.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranties. For self-hosted deployments, availability is entirely in your hands.

Plans

Paid plans unlock additional limits and features. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from billing settings; changes take effect immediately.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll note the date above when we do.
