Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Sigture ("we") builds email signatures. This policy explains what we collect and why. It's written to be readable, not to hide behind legalese.

What we collect

Account data (your name and email), the signatures and brand assets you create, and — if you enable it — anonymous, cookie-free analytics about interactions with your published signatures (clicks, QR scans). We hash visitor IP addresses; we never store raw IPs and never read the content of your emails.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not track your recipients across the web. We do not pixel-track email opens. Signature analytics only measure interactions with links you chose to make trackable.

Self-hosting

Sigture can be self-hosted. When you run your own instance, all data stays in your own database and object storage — we receive nothing.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from your workspace settings. Deleting your account removes your signatures, assets and analytics permanently.
